Congrats to Dave, Rob, Tim, Bonnie and son for a great race! Sounds like it was a nice day for a run. Also, a great race for Jay. He ran 3:16 at WI and then for an encore, drove to Kalamazoo to run 3:38 at the Borgess marathon on Sunday. Jay says he might back off a little this week.......:P | |
